BUILt TO ORDER

Most of our styles are available in built to order mode, meaning, you shop now and get it within 4-6 weeks due to production time... We will confirm the exact delivery window once the order has been placed <3!

Refund policy

Unwashed & unworn items may be exchanged (not returned) for store credit within 10 days of purchase. Customers who wish to exchange an item must contact us at info@ignaciazordan.com prior to posting the item(s) in order to obtain appropriate instructions. All shipping expenses incurred as a result of the exchange will be the sole responsibility of the customer. Please note that all sales on discounted items are final.

Shipping

WE SHIP WORLDWIDE! By default, your package will be delivered by our local post service (french post). To ensure a secure shipping method we send your purchase with Tracked Shipment + "Signature Confirmation Shipping".

If you would prefer that an item be sent by another method of transportation (i.e. DHL, TNT, UPS, etc..), please contact us prior to placing your order so that we can accommodate your request and charge accordingly for your special shipping needs. 

Orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 working days (except for built to order).

Delivery time may vary depending on where you are resident. We will inform you about the delivery window once we have the address that you supply in your order.

If you do not collect your package we will charge you for shipping costs and extra fees up to 20 EUR. A non-collected package is not considered as a return. As soon as the package is sent you must collect it and return according to the given instructions.

Customs and import taxes

Shipments may incur fees depending on your destination. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.

We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

We are not responsible for any lost or stolen, damaged or delayed packages once a package has been passed over to the post service.
